# Fair Use Policy

If your subscription includes unlimited AI usage (either in current or legacy plans), the offering is subject to our terms outlined here. We expect most users will fall within the normal usage range of our plan. Our objective is to maintain straightforward pricing and reasonable limits.

### How Is Usage Detected?

Abnormal usage is detected automatically by our system. Most users will never trigger these checks. The system monitors usage dynamically, and if it detects unusual patterns from your account, you may experience a temporary suspension of AI creation capabilities.

### **Examples of Extensive AI Usage**

1. Excessive amounts of generations in a period of time that surpass the typical needs of an individual.
2. Utilizing the SlidesPilot product as an "API" for another product.
3. Using scripts or bots with SlidesPilot. This is strictly prohibited. If detected, your account and related information will be suspended permanently without any notice, and no refunds will be processed.
4. Sharing accounts with others, such as using the same account within the same organizations or selling it online for others to access.
